Project Scope and the Benefits Provided
- With VisionPlus SFA, planning of field teams is made possible by reviewing their activities and performance management is carried out.
- The status, performance and history of the assets are monitored by monitoring the assets at the dealers and the customers on a location basis.
- Asset tracking is undertaken with the tracking system based on the serial number and with the central dashboard, the location of the pop materials can be monitored.
- With the flexible campaign module, an unlimited range of campaigns can be defined and the effect of campaigns on sales figures is reported.
- Targets are determined by defining the budget.
Complementary Services
- VisionPlus SFA installation, training and maintenance services were provided for 55 distributors and more than 500 field personnel.
- Within the scope of the project, the integration of VisionPlus SFA and AS400 (system) in Golf Ice Cream was achieved.
- Within the scope of the software maintenance-support agreement, the maintenance, support, outsourcing services, database management and new function development services have been provided within the selected service level of the system.
About Golf Ice Cream
Golf Ice Cream started production at the Bursa Plant in 2003 with a capacity of 10 million litres. Today, it has become a giant domestic producer with a production capacity reaching 200 million litres, including the Bursa and Kahramanmaraş Plants. With 55 distributors and more than 500 field sales staff, it offers its more than 100 products to whet the appetite of consumers.
