KT&G Turkey Sales and Marketing Director Tonguç Tuzcu says VisionNext Sales, the Idea solution, is unique in the field of CRM with the functionality it offers in sales and performance tracking.
The cooperation between KT&G and Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri in the field of sales and dealer automation has completed its first year. KT&G Turkey Sales and Marketing Director Tonguç Tuzcu stated that they preferred the VisionNext Sales application offered by Idea Technology Solutions, especially due to the increasing different needs of the field team, and said, “The Idea solution is unique in the field of CRM with the functionality it offers in sales and performance tracking. With VisionNext Sales, our operations gained visibility and we were able to direct our resources correctly. VisionNext Sales has also attracted the attention of our global KT&G IT teams. Currently, our only technology provider is Idea Technology Solutions”.
KT&G Turkey has been managing all sales and distribution operations in Turkey for a year with VisionNext Sales, the sales automation application offered by Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri.

In the face of its diversifying needs in 2020, KT&G sought a new solution that could meet these needs as well. KT&G Turkey Sales and Marketing Director Tonguç Tuzcu says that when they researched the market, VisionNext Sales, offered by Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri, was the reason for their preference for the functionality it offers in sales and performance tracking: “ Firstly, it is important for us to be able to issue invoices while we were in the field. We bill 30 percent of our visits. That's why we have eliminated CRM solutions that do not include billing. Another important issue for us was to make dealer-specific, scenario-based and target-oriented campaigns in the field and to question the retrospective results. We were only able to find the campaign management in the detail we wanted in Idea’s solution. The second was the contract management, stand application, asset management including the penetration of point of sale materials (POSM) and reporting functions of information about dealers, which we value as much as sales and invoices in the field. Here, too, VisionNext Sales supported us. Third, we wanted the field team to be able to easily see their all activities and goal achievements, such as where they were on their targets, how many units need to be sold or how many invoices need to be issued by the end of the month. In this sense, Idea offered us the most advanced CRM solution in visualizing goal achievements, routes and realizations, performance monitoring.”
Tuzcu says that they also provide a cost advantage with VisionNext Sales preferences: “Since the Idea solution runs entirely on the cloud, we didn’t need to invest in any physical database. In terms of SLA costs, service support and ancillary services, Idea offered us a very cost-effective solution. Since Idea is also an e-Invoice Private Integrator, our electronic invoice processes are integrated with sales automation, currently our only technology provider is İdea Teknoloji.”

Tonguç Tuzcu summarizes the benefits he gained after completing the transition to VisionNext Sales: “We were used different applications in our sales teams and distributors before.
