The Association of Private Integrators - Özentegder, of which Idea Technology Solutions is one of the founding members, was established. The Founding Board of the Association made its first visit to the Revenue Administration and shared its charter. The Association of Private Integrators, Özentegder, was established in October in accordance with the economic principles stipulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Atatürk's principles, in order to help the development, growth and modernisation of the service sector related to e-Document and e-Ledger, which was implemented by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Finance within the scope of digital transformation.

The founding members of Özentegder Association are Ferzan Yalkut (Chairman) on behalf of Softnet Management Information Systems, Mevlüt Serhat Altaş on behalf of Finalizer Information Technologies, Özcan Ermiş on behalf of EDM Bilişim, Hüseyin Şimşek on behalf of İzibiz Information Technologies, Yalçın Tercan on behalf of Idea Technology Solutions, Mursal Sönmez on behalf of Tolasoft Software, Gonca Nuran Özdemir on behalf of Bizofis Information Technologies, Hüsnü Saraç on behalf of Ticari1 Technology, Cem Cemal Karaca on behalf of Park Integration, and Cenk İçer on behalf of the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants of Turkey. The Founding Board of the Association made their first visit to the Revenue Administration (RA). During the visit, Revenue Administration Department Head Adem Güngör, Revenue Administration Group Head Özkan Ergüden and Revenue Administration Manager Emre Yeniaras were interviewed and the association charter was shared.

Yalçın Tercan, Deputy General Manager Responsible for Fintech and R&D at Idea Technology Solutions, Founding Member of Özentegder Association, stated that the establishment of the association was welcomed by the Revenue Administration. Tercan stated that the association was established with the vision of "ensuring the continuous competitiveness of the sector and encouraging the increase of its contribution to the country's economy and people".

Among the aims of the establishment of the association;

• To cooperate in order to ensure solidarity between legal entity companies operating in the field of private integrator,
• To monitor the developments in the international private integrator sector and to carry out necessary studies for the implementation of these developments in Turkey,
• To follow the EU and other international legislation on private integratorship and to work to harmonise the national legislation with similar legislation in order to increase the quality of the service provided to consumers,
• To contribute to the development of the legislation on this subject in order for the Private Integrator sector to have a solid legal infrastructure,
• To establish platforms to realise a common purpose with other associations or with foundations, trade unions and similar non-governmental organisations in areas that are related to the purpose of the association and not prohibited by law,
• To carry out activities such as courses, seminars, symposiums, conferences and panels in order to activate and develop the aims and activities of the association.
