• Cloud-based software: The renewed VisionPlus e-Ledger is designed to be independent of the end user's machine capacity. Loaded calculations have been moved to the server side, reducing the load on the end user's machine. This eliminates problems such as interruptions during e-ledger uploads due to slowness and the need to reload. The e-ledger creation process is shortened.
• Uninterrupted loading in a single operation without the need to split large ledger files: VisionPlus e-Ledger converts CSV files containing large amounts of data into XBRL and completes signing in a single operation in 1-2 days at most, without the need for fragmentation.
• Fast and secure e-Ledger signing: With the e-Ledger General Communiqué updated on 21 May 2024, e-Ledger taxpayers were given the opportunity to sign/approve their e-ledger and certificate files with the 'Financial Seal' of private integrators approved by the Revenue Administration for software compatibility and upload their ledger/certificate files to the Revenue Administration's systems. In this context, where e-Ledger taxpayers give their consent, their e-book and certificate files can be signed using the VisionPlus e-Ledger 2.0 application and uploaded to the Revenue's e-Ledger application. Taxpayers do not use their financial seals in the e-Ledger creation, approval and submission processes. All electronic signature processes are completed faster and more securely using Idea Technology Solutions HSM devices.
• e-Ledger validation: The upgraded VisionPlus e-Ledger automatically validates and checks raw data such as completion of required fields, date and number sequence accuracy during e-ledger creation. Any errors found as a result of validation are reported by specifying the relevant journal item in error groups.
• Manage ledger creation and upload stages from a single screen: The new VisionPlus e-Ledger is designed to complete all e-ledger creation processes on a single page. The ledger's creation stages and upload time are instantly displayed on the screen.
