The objective of the Business Continuity Management Policy is to accomplish the functional recovery of the critical processes and assets determined in the business impact analysis in a predetermined minimum period of time in case of any interruption.

The requirements needed to ensure the continuity of critical business processes and services as well as to normalize all business processes and services in line with priorities, within the planned periods, are specified in the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) between the supplier companies and Idea Technology Solutions. Training, testing and exercises are carried out in order to establish a business continuity management system, to integrate it to the corporate culture, to increase the awareness of the personnel and to ensure their participation.
