• Does not make incomplete or misleading statements for the purpose of obtaining benefits.
• Does not disclose confidential information or assist others in obtaining such information.
• Failure to report bribery and corruption to the relevant authorities or ignoring such acts, even if recognized, violates anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules.
• To ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the Company's rules, the Company does not establish relations with persons or organizations that have been heard or suspected of bribing third parties. If a relationship of this nature is discovered, it will be terminated immediately upon receipt of the information.
