As Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri Bilgisayar San. and Tic. A.S. (“Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri”), we would like to inform you that in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data no.6698 ("KVKK"), personal data concerning yourself or third parties that we have requested to a limited and restrained extent with the purpose of processing, and which you shared with us within the scope of the object for which further processing is required may, in the context of the purpose for which they are to be reprocessed, be transferred to, stored in, maintained, rearranged or shared with the institutions authorized to demand such personal data, transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad under the terms and conditions prescribed by the KVKK and other laws and may be classified and processed in other forms.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Legal Reasons of Processing

At İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri, the purpose and legal reasons for processing your personal data are to fulfill our legal obligations (including those covered by Labour Law No. 4857, the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 and other relevant legislation), to fulfil our obligations under all legal acts, including contracts we will sign with you, other legitimate purposes including the provision of occupational safety and health, to organize all records and documents for the purpose of processing in electronic or paper medium; to comply with the information storage, reporting, information disclosure obligations stipulated by legislation, relevant regulatory bodies and other authorities; and all other reasons as stated in the law. In this context, investigation of violations and suspected violations related to the rules and laws of Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri and the execution of related transactions and in this context, the control of the contents of the communication made through the hardware and software provided by Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri and / or inspection of the content of the communication made within Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri works means that processing of your data is legally legitimate.

Your Legal Rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right;

ç) to know which third parties your personal data has been transferred to at home or abroad,

d) to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

e) to request the removal or destruction of your personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7,

f) to request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

g) to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of your personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject,

h) to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In this sense, we expect you to complete your legal, administrative and technical security measures and obligations in accordance with applicable legislation. We hereby declare that you shall be liable for any damages incurred by Idea Teknoloji Çözümleri due to your violation of the obligations under the legislation, and that you must meet any losses arising from our contractual relationship and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies arising from this contract.
